| Worked just like factory. The VQ/VK engines use the same 3 pin CP connectors as the S13/S14/S15 SR does. | |

| I have the new core support ready to go on, and the car's going to be needing some fresh paint soon! What color should I go with? I'm deciding between world rally blue with a white underside and engine bay, solid black, or solid white. I painted my new tension rod adjusters with WRB touch up paint to see what it would come out like. Apologies for the out of focus shot, I'm using my parent's point and shoot camera.

| I'm partial to blue, but if I ever spray mine, I'll have to go with something different now. | |

| I would do WRB if it were me. Black is meh, bitch to clean, white is sweet...but I would just get a white car if I wanted white, it will already be painted like a champ from the factory (talking door jambs, engine bay, ect). But WRB is unique, can't buy a car in that color (S chassis that is), I dont know, looks great. I really like NismoDave's blue as well, I believe that was Audi S blue of some sort. WRB is my vote. | |

| Nut and two washers welded in place, old sheet metal was shredded and half an inch further to the left here before. A nice spot for a CF panel to be riveted in. The battery tray was too rusted to be treated so out it went. Still thinking about removing the wiper motor and mounting my slim battery there as it would fit perfectly. Another nice flat spot for a CF panel. This side was bent from whatever the P.O. hit. Need to install the IC piping and take some measurements.. Stopped here today when it started to rain. Fenders are bolted in, core support is installed, and the hood is closing and latching like it should. It's like a whole new car. Also, wheel gap!!11 That's with the friggen engine and trans installed!!1 Edit: Missed a picture. The hood to fender gap is pretty good on both sides. I need a new rubber bumper piece to raise the end of the hood up a tiny bit.

| Thanks for the link, I'll keep that in mind. I was thinking about picking up some 1.5'' lowering springs just to get back to the stock ride height the car used to have.
Funny how a few hundred lb's of weight reduction can jack a car up so high. I'm just about at the top of the shock piston travel, they really can't go much (if any) higher. Makes for a shitty ride too.
I installed a new RHS rear Z32 shock with the lighter alu knuckle, so I am converted over on the passenger side at least. The plan here ATM is to pick up the perennial NRR favorite, the GC spring setup, and convert the rear over later.

| Mocked up the bumper to see how it looks. The fender to bumper bolt plate is trashed on both sides so I'm thinking about doing Dzus fasteners on the inside instead. It'll be back up and running soon. | |

| Finally getting near the end of wiring this damn thing! I chopped this.. And hacked this off... I ordered a Blue Sea 12 pos. fuse bank for the majority of the +12V hot stuff. I'll use an 8 pos. mini bank for the +12V switched things. And only a few small wires will be needed through each fender so everything will be clean and easy to work with. | |

| Haven't done much on the hatch due to school starting in the middle of august. I cleaned up and painted the vert's diff. Also sold my old FMIC to make room for a HMIC. I've been eyeing up the PBM setup for a while now. This is how she sits, with the wiring all pulled out and being tagged and rerouted. My growing parts stash. Anybody looking for a set of KA-DE cams or cylinder head? | |

| Anybody have an S13 for sale? I could go for a superlight the sequel myself.
Man so much has happened since I built this. Got engaged, broke up, bought a house, had a kid, lost a house. Crazy how time flies.
