| Another 240 i have had forever...bought it with a broken tie rod(they hooked the safety chain there, derp ) and a blown head gasket. i've had this one since like '05? idk maybe before then. my initial plans were to swap a DOHC ka into it out of another one i bought, but i thought this one was gonna be sold last winter...or traded rather...but that never happened. then as we all know i crushed all my parts cars, and i sold the ka swap i had planned for this car....well..traded it for some wheels and a tattoo. sold the other ka i had to josh and then i had my last ka sold but the dude flaked on me after like a month of fucking around playing text tag. so i decided to say fuck it, i'll fix it. my buddy nate and i went down to pick up a door for my little sisters car and then we brought it back up to my house and then we trailered the car down to his shop so we could fix the left frame rail on it. probably gonna do that this week maybe. i still need a couple things for the swap though, looking for a clutch pedal and throttle cable and tc/bracket that i should have taken off the car i crushed but sigh. one pic for now...i need to upload more later. also doing a AT->MT swap on this car too. oh yeah, my plans are just to missile it since i actually have a nice 240 that i would rather not bash into crap. | |

| here are some more pics. hatch is fucked and sweet rice cannon body is pretty solid, originally from california if you look really closely on the "nose" of the bumper...there is a sticker that says "twin cam" lol....i argued with the dude (friend of my dad's) for like 15 minutes that it wasn't. once he told me the valve cover was loose on it i told him to look under it and see if he could find two cams. zomg...only one cam...crazy after it sitting for like two years i finally found time to pull the motor. and then discovered this, which halted the project. all this shit is gonna get cut out and replaced. | |

| Sounds like ebay coilovers and control arms will be in the budget. Go find an aluminum Kirkey race seat (cheap/used), make some brackets, add a roll bar and BAM!!!! Missile ready. | |

| metal working dude(to do the floor pieces) couldn't come over last night so i decided i'd practice my fender rolling. left side before i started almost there i went a little too fast on this one so i ended up with the dent in the quarter panel that usually happens...also, didn't use any heat. and then a bored pic. | |

| ^^ Its also nice to see someone use an actual fender roller, and not a baseball bat and phone book. What roller is that? I see harbor freight used to have one on their site but its back ordered. Granted, its HF, and its probably crap, but I'm sure its still better than the bat/book technique. | |
