| so im hooking good and fast but the subie is running stupid rich? at open throttle some time a small visible cloud but not all the time, is it possible that it had a turbo at one point , had a wire running from coil and deleted the ox sensors for full 3 inch ? so my question is if i put a turbo on the 2.2 would it run leaner. | |

| Yes it would run leaner. But without tuning, I wouldn't attempt it. I think your problem is elsewhere. How can you tell it's running rich? The cloud of smoke can be anything. My off the wall guess would be valve seals. | |

| Like we talked about earlier, the o2 sensors being deleted might be the biggest part of the equation. Get all the factory stuff working before you go on a wild goose chase. | |

| I would really go new on an O2 sensor. I don't understand the mentality of using USED sensors. Most of the time they're just as fucked up as the part you're trying to replace, hence the reason it's in a junk yard.
About the only thing I would go used on is a MAF... and that's only if you know it's good.

| no u misunderstood i need the headers chief mines is full headers back 1 off piece custom made for rally so its no bungs for o2 sensors ill prob. tap and get one weld so i can use it as oem or get stock headers ( from the junk yard<--) and replace the part(headers)
having a bad day brother ? lol no big man , belive me if i could id always go new but when it comes to sensors i will by first never replace trash with trash, sheet metal on the other hand yeah, junk yard .LOL

| i would check maf/o2 sensor stuff like already stated, those two sensors talk to each other telling one another what to send more in. | |

| Try O2BUNGS.com I ordered one from them for my wideband. It came with a mild steel one and I wanted to go with a Stainless one. Come to think of it I will sell you mine for $5 buck if you want it. The mild steel one that is. Just let me know. It is a weld in type. | |
