Im bored at work. in other news the coupe is up and running. now just have to start working on the hatch. god this sucks........... wish i could be a man and sell one but i cant.

Well, liz switched with someone at work so she can get off early so we are gonna go tomorrow. We are getting a dolly from the same place. Just got to get a for sure truck which shouldn't be hard.

he sent me a bunch of pics of the cage and the core support... the cage isnt as hidden as i was hoping but thats cuz of my sunroof/dome line being in the way, but that was just in the picture, so we will see how it isssssss ill post pics!@!

So I got my new Wilwood clutch master last night. I went to install it in the car, and the firewall adapter I have for the old one doesn't fit it (went from 3/4" to 7/8" master). I took all the shit to work today so I could grind out the bracket to fit, and did quite a nice job if I do say so myself. I get home and install it... Could it be that easy???
I start the car and put it into gear, and it goes in easy as pie. I figured I've won, so I take it for a spin around the neighborhood.
Now with the clutch pedal rod as short as it gets, the clutch lets out right at the top of the pedal. So I go back on the Hinson Supercars website, and they sell this new adapter that spaces the MC out a 1/4 of an inch. Now I have to wait for that to allow it to work correctly!! I'm fukin pissed, and I thought all of you should know!! End of rant.

Hinson modified the length of the push rod for an LS application, so you would think they would tell you THEIR adapter was necessary. Just more down time. FAIL!

When do you expect to have it back up and running?
