Fuel system is finished. Install a couple relays and fix my leaking return line (that apparently has been leaking for awhile!!)

Shifter hole is welded up.

Trans is ready to go back in. I hope to get a shifter from secret squirrel tomorrow night so I can put it back together.

Been working on getting my kitchen finished up. I need to get the island in place so I can sell my oven to a buddy of mine whom I promised it to.

Odd you ask actually, kicking around the idea of selling my car as a roller. I am getting bored with it frankly. This happens from time to time though, so this may pass.

I am not dead set on anything right now. I will get the car back together and tuned, and see if I change my mind. The biggest complaint right now is interior space. I am tall as you guys know, and I am uncomfortable driving it. It didn't bother me in the past but as I get older I get pickier and annoyed easily. The other issue is I can't sit upright with a helmet on.

Nick, I have been considering a z. The chassis isn't as good IMO as the s14 chassis but if I have a garage queen I would like to have it be something more classic.

I doubt I follow through though, I just need to get this car finished and figure out how to deal with the major lack of headroom. Fucking sunroof.

I would be lying if I told you I hadn't already considered doing that. Too bad it would give up pretty much all the rigidity in the chassis and I would have to paint the damn thing again!

yeah i hear ya man. Ever consider getting some different reclining bucket seats (bride/recaro/etc) and doing a seat like the bride low max?

Yeah I had considered it but I just can't justify putting such expensive seats into this car. I honestly doubt anything can or will sit lower than the stock S14 seats did. Maybe the thing to do is get another pair of those. I don't remember it being this bad with them.

Soooo.... I put my spacers in the front and really liked the way they looked, so I tested the line lock. IT WORKS!!





Now everyone should be able to find my house easier.
