Ok i realize this really isnt a "tech" question but i dont know where else to put this. I keep getting pulled over for my loud ass exhast and it really ruins the fun of the car. any exhausts or anyone that can make an exhaust any suggestions are helpful.

I believe you mean "loud" exhaust. And try a muffler shop, I bet they can help.

buy an offset (inlet/outlet) magnaflow muffler

Weld in devices, 14.95 on summit.

Best I can do for you unless you cut/put muffler in or buy a new exhaust altogether.
