SR20 exhaust valves Empty
PostSubject: SR20 exhaust valves   SR20 exhaust valves EmptyWed May 09, 2012 4:01 pm

I am in the market for new exhaust valves. Looking for input on a good set. I am leaning towards the OEM ones due to the fact that they are sodium filled which aides in keeping them cool. Although the stainless undercut versions also look very nice. Any opinions or personal preferences would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Dustin

supertech stuff is generally pretty good. if you aren't worried about price or every last HP you can't really beat oem though.

I am leaning towards OEM. I am not in search of 400HP. Plus the Sodium filled valves should help prevent damage to the valve seats.

Not saying aftermarket stainless vavles will, I am just thinking there is a reason Nissan put these vavles in this engine when other SR engine do not have them.

Decision made, just picked up a set of OEM valves for $120 shipped.

OEM is fine....Unless you are going with a crazy build.

Then Brian Crower.
