NEED HELP!!!!

I'm having electrical issues with my 95, my blinkers and hazards aren't working and the lights for them aren't lighting up on the cluster. at first I thought it was the combo flasher unit but I replaced that and I replaced the turn signal switch and I haven't found anywhere that it could be shorting unless its hidden very well some where, the fuse for the blinkers is good but the hazard fuse blows as soon as I push the hazard button. I looked up a wiring diagram for it and it shows everything goes through the hazard switch first, so I think it is that but I have no clue where to get one and am praying that it is the issue. if anyone knows where to get one or has any input to the issue please let me know as I'm on a tight budget so I cant bring it to a shop to figure out, any help is welcome thanks
