RB20 value?

So I've been considering doing an ls1swap to my vert lately and I had someone ask if I was interested in selling my rb20. My question is what is a fair amount to charge for everything since basically id be selling a complete rb20 swap ready to drop in. its fairly stock, it has upgraded turbo to rb25, fmic, custom intake manifold, oil cooler and relocation Kit, nismo thermostat, adjustable cam gears. Thanks!

I'd guess around $2500 but there aren't anything but cheap fucks around the 240 scene, not to mention it being the smallest RB. Good luck. My RB25 shit can't be given away.

Wow that's the exact price I threw out there to him as well. My biggest fear is selling my swap and not finishing a ls1 swap or losing motivation midway through. See what happens I guess. Thanks!

Sell your RB20, get all the LS1 stuff, loose motivation, sell it to me at 1/4 of what you have into it.

THIS IS WHY I LOVE THE 240 SCENE SO MUCH!

So many kids with wide eyes and big dreams...only 10% ever follow through.

But seriously, its nice having the cash for when it transpires. I have gotten so much stuff for next to nothing.

An LS powered vert seems like such a waste IMO. Yeah, its neat, but parking hard can only be so fun. Terrible track car platform, terrible drag car platform, marginal drift platform.

Be happy with your clean RB powered vert man! Its really nice, leave it alone.

Save your $ for the next platform car you move onto, instead of sinking it into a money pit vert.

Not to mention, I budgeted 10k for my swap. With my latest tear down, I'm 20k into it. I'm not saying you can't do it cheaper, but some things are always forgotten and add up.

I agree on the $2500 dollar range. seening how you will be selling a cross member/wiring/motor/trans/ect. I think it wouldn't be a bad a sale. Unfortunately the part of the country we are in i don't see many offers about $2000.

Its going to be a very tough sale, nobody wants the 20 honestly.
