I'm bored and we need some more activity on here.

I've lost over 150 pounds of fat in the last 2 years weight lifting and working hard. Currently on a cut going for ~10% body fat, looking for a six pack by next year.

I did find something out after talking with my surgeon. Rapid weight loss can lead to gallstones, which often require surgery to remove. (More than 2 pounds lost per week is fairly rapid) He said that many of his patients had recently lost a lot of weight, so it seems like there's a correlation here.
