i have a 1990 240 with a single cam. and im looking at a 91 240. mainly for the engine. want a dohc what would be needed for the swap.?

trans are the same, clutch and flywheel are the same. All you honestly need to do this swap is an s13 ka24de, wiring harness, both p/s lines, ka24de coil, ka24de p/s reservoir and a new coil to dizzy wire. Its super easy to do. Only difficult part is repinning the plug at the end of the engine harness to the cluster.

youll also need the maf the ecu and the tach from a dual cam cluster.

Tach isnt 100% necessary, but your rite about the ecu and maf. But if your picking out a running motor, you usually get those with it.
