My end of 2011 and into 2012 thread

Little bit of back ground about me and my whore.. I mean Nissan Sentra.

Ive owned it 5 or 6 years.. I stopped counting after the 3rd motor.

Got it stock and instantly started modding.

Anyways.

Progression is a nice way of putting what I've done.

My cars beyond abused and I wouldnt give her up for anything. Why, I have no fucking idea and I ask myself that all the time.

Anyways

New, was stock

Stage 1, Intake, header, mid pipe, exhaust, lowering springs, tints, painted wheels, safc-2 tune, wideband

Stage 2, frankenstein Treadstone turbo kit. 255 walbro pump, 440cc injectors, 2.5 DP, 3inch mid pipe, 3inch straight pipe exhaust, Ksport coilovers, clutch and flywheel, blah blah.

Blew that motor up one a cold feb. day. After a rushed headgasket install. Part my fault . . part me being stupid, anyways.

Stage 3, Built a motor, new turbo kit, 3inch DP all the way out to the muffler. custom IC piping, open dump tial 38mm wg, big turbo, 440cc injectors (never got over 6psi on this setup).. Started having all sorts of electrical issues, got very pissed off and sold everything.

Current.

Shaved bay, i/h/e, built motor, etc. etc. Half the cars gutted (windows were closed at the Still Awesome show). Currently in the process of rebuilding it again.. Why I have no idea.. but I am.

Should have something done next summer I think.

Yeah, I don't talk about it much. People don't understand the obsession lol.

I only ever dyno'd the car on 5/6psi right after I got it running a couple years back.

It did 248whp/252wtq @ 5psi

It's a 300whp car around 7/8psi depending on where you're located,etc,etc.

I have had the car to 12psi on my first kit. It's different.

i dont mind fwd. nothing wrong with it.

i do hear those qr25's are total junk though.

no thanks, I stopped buying off the shelf parts a long time ago.


I helped build that car, if we are both talking about the same red turbo sentra.. (Ive built 4 or 5 turbo sentra's in the years of owning this car)
