| Sounds to me like the safc lost it's settings and the pfc isn't set up for a z32 sensor. Or the wiring is jacked from the safc installation etc....
Something of that nature.

| Check the o-rings on the injectors. Some people take em out and put it back in dry, forgetting to lube the rings, causing them to tear and leak. | |

| Check that you've disabled the PowerFC boost controller kit in the step above. Check that you've chosen the right model PowerFC. Check that you've securely fastened the wiring loom and its not loose. Some cars only (for some strange reason) have half gauge wiring running from the battery to the ECU. This works fine for the factory computer but the PowerFC needs the full 12volts. You can simply run new 12volt wire from the battery to the ECU and this should correct this. This problem has been experienced by at least two members previously (both in R33 GTST) If the hand controller displays the Apexi logo and freezes then you have the wrong hand controller version or its damaged. If you find your car cranks, starts and stalls immediately you should check you have entered the correct injector and airflow meter settings (if they aren't standard items). If you still do not have a stable idle follow this procedure < Turn car off Turn car to ACC On Hand Controller, ETC, DATA INIT, YES Turn car off Turn car to ACC Change AIRFLOW and INJECTOR as needed (if different from stock) Turn off Boost Control Kit (if not being used) Start car and follow idle procedure Failing that take the car to a mechanic/tuner who has worked on the PowerFC and see what they can sort out for you. It's pretty rare for a PowerFC to not start first shot - so double check the list, ensure you have done a DATA INIT on it and restarted the car etc before going further. | Okay so me and nick z have checked like everything. Compression, spark, getting gas, no leaks, no bad gaskets, maf's are good, fuel pump is good, followed everthing nick z posted but resetting the pfc and nothing. EVERYTHING. Only thing I can think of is the pfc lost my tune, ik someone who has stock injectors, and ecu and some money waiting on deck for a trade for my pfc. This is the only thing I can think of to get it running, back to stock but it will atleast be running. | |

| You are going to trade a PFC for a factory ECU and injectors? I doubt either of these are the problem. That's not a good deal at all for you either. Do you have a series1 or series2 motor?

| That's the only thing it can be. Ever thing else checks out. It was a full stand alone and he had an safc hooked up as well when it is not needed. It has to be the computer. So I'm going to just put it back to stock. That's my last resort. I need to get my car running like now.
And its a series 1. | |

| I would suggest you just buy the correct ecu outright, I am sure you can find one for 100 bucks or so. SR injectors are drop in replacement for stock rb25det injectors. Do you know for sure you have aftermarket injectors? You may want to pull one and check.
If there is something wrong with the PFC, apexi will fix it for a couple hundred bucks.
Too bad you don't have a series 2 because I have a spare ECU.

| Yeah, but it's not ideal. Do you have stock injectors in that motor? | |

| It should fire up and idle but run super rich with stock ECU and those injectors. I have done it with my car to test an ECU. If you want to bring your PFC to madison I can flash my tune into it and try to run my car on it. | |

| The reason I am offering to do this is because I am pretty sure your ECU isn't the problem. Stick it in a flat rate mailbox with my address on it and send it here with 15 bucks in the box for me to send it back. PM me if you want my address to ship it. I can try it the day it arrives.

| idk of many other people with a RB25 car that runs great that is local. and it would take 1 day to ship to madison, 1 to ship back. if you sent it out today youd have it back by the weekend i'd think. or take a hour drive over there and see whats up.
