| It was warm out last week, so I dragged out the hose and washed the 240sx by hand for the first time. To me (this might seem a bit weird) washing a car by hand in a sense, is a good way to know a car. When you wash a car by hand for the first time you pick up on a lot of little things you had never seen before (good and bad). If I had the chance to wash every car I ever went to test drive by hand, I would. So anyway, after I washed the car by hand I decided I was very happy with my purchase. I was so proud of the car that I decided to wax it by hand too. It was 40 something degrees this day(felt like it was 80), so I didn't mind being outside. After the car was nice and clean I decided to snap a few quick pictures, nothing special just some driveway shots. New pedal setup whats supposed to go here? If anyone could give me some ideas with what to make the car look like that would be great, I want to keep it stock bodied(including pignose front)...There are not many nice pignose hatchbacks that you see. Right now the current plan is to throw some coilovers on it, get a pignose front lip, throw on a set of wheels (no idea where to start with wheels, thinking something in white), and do a few little "clean up" modifications tint ect.... Hope you guys like the pictures. | |

| That looks VERY clean, i can't wait to actually WASH a car short of running it through an automatic place or rinsing it off at a booth. The part that is "missing" some 240sx's came with power mirrors and that's where that switch would be, the ones that have manual mirrors have just a little block off plate there. the black car white wheel look, i'm not a HUGE fan of, but not a bad idea. sample. this style works better (IMO) some decent look of my buddy Adrians car. http://ooodangjay.blogspot.com/2010/03/ooo-dang.html | |

| I've always liked the diamonds on that coupe. I'm even thinking of buying myself a set. 16x10=crazy poke and I <3 poke lol. For like 500 shipped you cant beat them even though theyre a tad bit heavy. And they make the 57d's in white. Awesome wheels as well. | |

| I guess I am open to any wheel thats going to really look good on a 100% stock bodied pignose S13 hatch (besides being lowered). | |

| Do you plan on rolling/possibly pulling fenders? If not you might want to stick with a narrower wheel. The diamonds are 16x10. You could get a 16x8 in any offset you wanted since they're made to order. The 501's are most likely 15/16x8 +0. The battles are 17x9.5 and the 57d's are 17x9. If you plan to leave the fenders alone and just lower the car I'd look into the xxr's | |

- not sure if you guys saw this thread, but alot of good thoughts here.
http://www.wi240sx.com/t100-need-ideas-or-pics-of-how-something-might-look Damn, thats great. So I was just informed that MB Battles only come in 5 Lug... Not sure if that still makes them an option. I am willing to roll/ and do a slight pull on the fenders, By stock body I just mean stock front, sides, and rear body peices. Someone offered to sell me a set of 5zigen FN10RC's (17X8), But I am not sure how I like the looks of them on the S13.

| just cause there 5lug doesn't make them a non option. going 5lug can be done pretty cheap.
you can do aftermarket 5lug hubs (ichiba seems to be common) and new brake rotors and your pretty much set.

Not a bad deal for these. http://www.frsport.com/Ichiba-Front---Rear-5-Lug-Hub-Conversion-Kit-89-94-S13-240SX_p_7818.htmlIts still extra money to spend that I don't have right now though. So once you install these hubs, do you re-drill a set of rotors or do you get them from a different model?? I was considering doing a Z32 front brake swap also, but again it depends on how much funds I have come spring. When is it my turn to win the lottery? (I should start playing first I suppose)

(I should start playing first I suppose) you COULD re-drill them i suppose, or you can just go get any off the shelf 1995+ 240sx SE Brake rotors. if you go with the Z32 brakes all of it will be ready to go if you use the Z32 hubs.

| ^the rotors that I mentioned are drilled and slotted. Like flicktitty mentioned, s14 se rotors would be the cheap 5 lug route. My brother got a set for like 40 bucks from Napa. | |
