| well i traded for the 240sx vert and i love everything about it except that it wont reverse and the car seems weak... it will go into reverse and the lights will kick in but when u give it gas nothing happens... i jacked up the car to see if i could see the tires rotate but they dont... they do in neutral... any help??? | |

| check to make sure the shift linkage is aligned correctly. cause it could not sense the car in reverse or in neutral. | |

| i dont think its a shift linkage... ill explain better and what i just learned from it today... its a auto tranny that when it goes into reverse, the wheels seem to lock up... the wheels wont turn at all with force and in neutral, the car drives just like its in drive.... the tranny slips when it gets hot and sometimes it wont shift... i just bought a new auto tranny and torque converter hoping to fix it soon.... ill let u guys know | |

| lol no because i have a piece of shit shed for a garage and dont want to take the risk of it falling down on me or my car.... lol forreal its falling apart already... the car is just sitting outside under a tarp until i find a place to do it or when it gets warmer.... im 100% sure its the tranny now.... i had my cousin "uti graduate" come take a look and drive it to make sure... he said right away the tranny is a piece and to replace it asap unless i wanted to get stuck somewhere... problem is i dont drive it...lol to dam cold in a vert this time of year | |
