Those brake lines look near factory. You have some quality craftsmanship coming from Joe to say the least!

| Got my pressure plate bolts last night so I could finally install the clutch and trans. Found out the slave is seized, so I need to get a new one. Also I took off the exhaust studs to make room for the new bolts the headers came with. I recommend picking up a stud extractor (I got mine from Matco $25, #SR101) it makes life a whole lot easier when taking them out. Just slide it over and turn lol. Will be installing the headers tonight Got home to some more parts - VH Intake from MazworX | |

Oh and please post some picks of that roadster. Yea, I can't wait to get it running. I'd post some more pics of the roadster but it's already off to Snap-On to get auctioned away. | |

| Not too much done last night - New steering wheel Headers installed I think i'm going to cut the front core support to make installing and removing a little easier. Motor is in the car right now, sry no pic, but the headers aren't bolted on it. I tried to get it in with them on but ran into clearance issues. Had to unbolt the steering shaft to get the header around it. I'm having a bitch time getting the headers in lol

| Made some more progress: Removed the Xmember to so I had clearance to install the motor with the headers on it, It made it 100x easier. I didn't really see any other way lol, I kept hitting PS harlines and the Xmember. After we removed it, we held to motor in place (with the hoist) and bolted up the trans mount. Once that was done, I put jack (with a pad on it) under the oil pan so I could remove the hoist to get the X member back on. Xmember went on no problem and the engine mounts lined up perfectly to the holes on the Xmember. Stock s13 (non abs) booster worked great, didn't have to switch it out. Engine looks great mocked up with everything installed (Headers, trans, ect) Now it's time to take it out again to get the bay painted. | |
